Directed by G. Govardhan, Prema Entha Madhuram Priyuralu Antha Katinam stars Chandrakanth Dutta, Radhika Mehrotra and Pallavi Dorra in the lead roles. Ever since Jai (Chandrakanth) meets Maithili (Radhika) at an airport, he falls head over heels in love with her.
When he finds out that she is studying at the University of California, Jai moves to the United States of America. Once there, he meets Sara (Pallavi,) a headstrong and stubborn girl who wants always gets what she wants.
Shortly after Sara meets Jai, she realises she is hopelessly in love with him and that she must have him, no matter what. However, Jai still hasn’t given up hope on meeting Maithili and continues searching for her. The love triangle intensifies, with each relationship getting more and more complicated.
